The Ellman Sandstone Tri-Lase Q-switched Nd: YAG laser is used for tattoo removal in patients with unwanted tattoos. The laser works by targeting the ink and breaking it-into tiny particles that your body disposes of over time. Depending on the color of your tattoo we will determine how many treatments are needed. The laser is safe for all skin types and can be done at any time. You may experience blisters and or redness/swelling in the area after having treatment. Limiting sun exposure to the area may help with healing time.
